Sarah was very kind and patient with me. Unfortunately, all of the necessary behind-the-scenes stuff hadn't finished yet (I still didn't have an Amazon ID), so we couldn't go through logging in to the MacBook Pro. But that's not Sarah's fault, so she gets five stars.
